So I had a dream, and it rubbed off on the morning. There was a wide, deep river that I sailed down, and when I sailed down I found a wall like a river. After following the wall, I found a house, and in that house, a big bedroom with a 30-foot window. Most of the time in life, the landscape tends to work through me, but here I had to work myself through the landscape, which was a good change of pace. Intruders, teenage boys, came at night and peered through the window. I hid behind a pillow that I could see through, hoping they couldn't see me. They kicked in the glass.
There was a dying green hummingbird in a glass case next to a sleeping baby. I asked the mother if the baby should see this death, and without waiting for an answer, took it out and held it. It was the size of my thumb and making a strange noise. As I held it, it grew and fought to free itself.
These are strangely very poetic. I'm not sure if you intentionally wrote them like this or if it just poured out while writing down your dreams, but I like it, and all this imagery you describe really makes me wonder what symbolism, if any, there is behind what you've dreamt.
