This, my virtual word that I'll stop watching parcour videos and start my paper.

Tonight I howled at the moon with some people, in honor of National Howl at the Moon Day (Night). It's nice to feel like a child again when the world's so quickly encroaching into my personal space.

I'm reading Paul Auster's "The Invention of Solitude." Just when I thought nothing more could be written about space and solitude and the transformative power of the mind in both of those realms. Read it if you're into those things.

Nanowrimo starts in a few days. I have an idea for a story, but novel-length might be a stretch. I put so much stock into being prepared - prepared for Nanowrimo, prepared for classes, prepared for tests, prepared for departures - and I rarely am. Everything these days I take as a metaphor for my performance in the world after graduation. I'm finding myself inordinately angry at everything and one because of my anticipated uselessness.

I'm tired of sharing.
